CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICIES

This policy has been established to help us serve you better.

It is necessary for us to make appointments in order to see our patients as efficiently as possible. No-shows and late-cancellations cause problems that go beyond a financial impact on our practice. When an appointment is made, it takes an available time slot away from another client. No-shows and late-cancellations delay the delivery our services to other clients.

A "No Show" is missing a scheduled appointment. A "Late Cancellation" is canceling an appointment without calling us to cancel 24 hours in advance of an scheduled appointment. 

There will be a $25 late cancellation/no-show fee if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least 24 hours prior notice.

If you choose to cancel services before our first session, you may receive a 100% refund of your initial payment. Cancellation requests after Infinity Legacy Enterprise has engaged are limited to a maximum of 50% of initial investment within the first 30 days. 31 days or after initial engagement there are no refunds available.
